ISSUED IN COORDINATION WITH OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES TO ASSURE THAT
OWNERS OF REAL PROPERTY TO BE ACQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE
AND ITS FEDERALLY-ASSISTED PROJECTS ARE TREATED FAIRLY AND
CONSISTENTLY DURING IMPLEMENTATION OF THE UNIFORM RELOCATION
ASSISTANCE AND REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION POLICIES ACT OF 1970 (42
USC 4601 ET. SEQ.)
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
