Abstract: THIS REPORT SUMMARIZES THE ANNUAL OPERATIONS OF A VOLATILE FRUIT-FLAVO CONCENTRATE MANUFACTURER. AS THERE IS AN ALCOHOL CONTENT IN THE VOLATI FRUIT-FLAVOR CONCENTRATE, PRODUCERS USE THE REPORT TO ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT PRODUCED, TREATED OR REMOVED TO ANOTHER PREMISE. THESE REPORTS DETERMINE UPON INSPECTION OR AUDIT THAT ALCOHOL HAS NOT BEEN DIVERTED WHICH WOULD JEOPARDIZE TAX REVENUE.
