The paperwork
review period for the NPRM pertaining to Customshouse Brokers will
begin with the date of publication in the Federal Register and
continue for 60 days. The paperwork review request for the NPRM
will be logged in without further action on the part of the
Department. Customs should submit no later than August 30, 1985 an
amended justification to clarify that extension of the Triennial
Report beyond September 1985 is requested. The amended
justification also should revise the burden estimate to include the
burden imposed by the Triennial Report.
