Abstract: THE THREE CAMPUS-BASED PROGRAMS PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS THAT NEED THE MONEY TO PAY FOR THEIR EDUCATIONAL COSTS. INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR AWARDING THE FUND TO ELIGIBLE STUDENTS AND IN THE NDSL PROGRAM FOR COLLECTING FROM NDSL BORROWERS.
