Abstract: THE FILING OF SUPPLEMENTAL REFUND REPORTS WITH PGA FILINGS IS TO ENSUR COMPLIANCE WITH THE NATURAL GAS POLICY ACT AND SECTION 154.38. THESE REPORTS WILL DETAIL THE CORRECT REFUNDING OF AMOUNTS THROUGH BILLING ADJUSTMENTS WHICH WERE OVERCHARGED BY PRODUCERS DUE TO PARA. 270.101 AND PARA. 273.302 OF THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING THE NATURAL GAS POLICY ACT.
