Abstract: THIS CLEARANCE PACKAGE PROVIDES BURDEN HOURS ASSOCIATED WITH THE INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS FOR TANK FACILITIES. UNDER RCRA, EACH HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY MUST APPLY FOR AN OPERATING PERMIT. THE REQUIRED INFORMATION WILL BE SUBMITTED VOLUNTARILY OR WHEN EPA CALLS IN PART B OF THE RCRA PERMIT. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY EPA TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILIY FOR A RCRA PERMIT.
