Abstract: THE OVERSEAS TELECOMMUNICATIONS TRAFFIC DATA REPORTS ARE USEFUL FOR INTERNATIONAL PLANNING, FACILITY AUTHORIZATION, MONITORING AND MARKET ANALYSIS PURPOSES, THEY ENABLE THE COMMISSION TO FULFILL ITS REGULATORY RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934, AS DATA IS REQUIRED OF COMMON CARRIERS ENGAGED IN THE PROVISION OF OVERSE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES.
