Abstract: APPLICATION IS NECESSARY TO REQUEST THE OVERTIME SERVICES OF AN FCC REPRESENTATIVE TO PERFORM AN INSPECTION OF SHIPBOARD RADIO EQUIPMENT AND TO CERTIFY THE OVERTIME WAS PERFORMED. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE BUSINESSES WHOSE VESSELS REQUIRE AN INSPECTION OF SHIPBOARD RADIO EQUIPMENT AT OTHER THAN NORMAL DUTY HOURS.
