Abstract: THE INTEGRITY OF UNIT PRICES CLAUSE REQUIRES OFFERORS/CONTRACTORS UNDE FEDERAL CONTRACTS TO IDENTIFY SUPPLIES OFFERED THAT THEY DO NOT MANUFACTURE. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE IF ITEM COSTS HAVE BEEN DISTORTED THROUGH OVERHEAD COST ALLOCATION AND WHETHER ITEMS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED FOR BREAKOUT. THE INFORMATION IS REQUIRED BY P.L. 98-577 AND 98-525.
