OF MEETING REA PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AND REQUIREMENTS, REA MAY NOT
REQUIRE THE BORROWER TO SUBMIT CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR APPROVAL.
IN SUCH CASES FORM 157 PROVIDES REA WITH THE CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
AND FORMS 158 AND 159 THE CERTIFICATIONS THAT THE CONSTRUCTION WAS
DONE AD THE BASES FOR THE ADVANCE OF LOAN FUNDS.
