Abstract: FMHA PROPOSES TO AMEND ITS REGULATIONS TO INCORPORATE CHANGES REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND URBAN RURAL RECOVERY ACT OF 1983. THE CHANGES CLOSELY ALIGN FMHA'S METHODOLOGY GOVERNING TENANT INCOME CALCULATION THEREBY NECESITATING A COMPLETE REVISION OF FORM FMHA 1944-8 TENANT CERTIFICATION.
