Abstract: EDA'S TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM USES EDA-FUNDED ORGANIZATIONS TO DISSEMINATE INFORMATION TO STATE AND LOCAL DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATIONS INFORMATION ABOUT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TECHNIQUES, STRATEGIES, ETC.
