Abstract: EDA USES THE QUARTERLY REPORT ON GUARANTEED LOANS TO COLLECT INFORMATI FROM LENDERS THAT HAVE MADE EDA-GUARANTEED LOANS ON THE OUTSTANDING BALANCES OF THESE LOANS AND ANY PAYMENTS MADE ON THESE LOANS DURING EA QUARTER. THIS INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR EDA TO HAVE CURRENT INFORMATION ON THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF THE LOANS IT GUARANTEES SO THAT EDA CAN DETERMINE ITS CONTINGENT LIABILITY FOR THESE LOANS.
