THE HCFA-420, SUBMITTED BY ALL 55 MEDICAID JURISDICTIONS, SUPPLIES DATA FOR PROMPT, ACCURATE MONITORING OF EPSDT ACTIVITY. AS WELL AS DATA NECESSARY FOR RESPONDING TO CONGRESSIONAL AND PUBLIC INQUIRIES.
