COURTS OF INDIAN OFFENSES HAVE
JURISDICTION OVER DOMESTIC RELATIONS, INCLUDING ISSUANCE OF
MARRIAGE LICENSES AND DIVORCE DECREES. THE GENERAL INFORMATION
COLLECTED ON A MARRIAGE LICENSE APPLICATION OR A PETITION FOR
DISSOLUTION IS ESSENTIAL TO ENABLE THE COURT TO ISSUE THE PROPER
DOCUMENTS. RESPONDENTS ARE PERSONS WHO ARE SEEKING A MARRIAGE
LICENSE OR WHO WANT TO PETITION FOR DIVORCE.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
