Abstract: THE DATA COLLECTION IS DESIGNED TO ASSESS THE STATUS OF THE WOMEN IN NONTRADITIONAL CAREERS INITIATIVE. THIS INITIATIVE, WHICH OFFERS SERVICES TO YOUNG WOMEN, FOCUSES ON (1) CAREER PLANNING, AWARENESS OF NONTRADITIONAL CAREER OPTIONS, LABOR MARKET INFORMATION JOB EXPLORATIO AND EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND ON (2) SERVICES TO STAFF TO ENABLE THEM TO COUNSEL YOUNG WOMEN.
