Abstract: EIA-176 COLLECTS DATA ON NATURAL GAS SUPPLY AND DISPOSITION AND RELEVANT COSTS, PRICES AND RELATED INFORMATION AT THE STATE LEVEL. DAT ARE USED TO DETERMINE THE QUANTITY OF NATURAL GAS CONSUMED BY MARKET SECTOR. RESPONDENTS ARE GAS PIPELINE COMPANIES, DISTRIBUTORS, SNG PLANT OPERATORS AND SELECTED FIELD, WELL AND PLANT OPERATORS UNDERGROUND STORAGE OPERATORS.
