Abstract: ALL HAZARDOUS MATERIALS IN TRANSPORTATION NEEDS TO HAVE THE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER OF THE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF EACH PACKAGE TO COMMUNICATE THE APPROPRIATE HAZARD WARNING TO EMERGENCY RESPONSE PERSONNEL.
