Abstract: DATA ON OUTCOMES OF PARTICIPANTS IN THE PROPOSED HOUSING VOUCHER DEMONSTRATION ARE NEEDED TO EVALUATE THE VOUCHER PROGRAM AS ADMINISTER IN SMALL PHA'S AND RURAL AREAS AROUND THE COUNTRY. THOSE AFFECTED WILL BE PROGRAM APPLICANTS AND LOCAL PHA STAFF WHO WILL RECORD AND TRANSMIT THE DATA TO HUD. PHA'S WILL BE COMPENSATED FOR COSTS INCURRED REGARDING THE DATA.
