Abstract: THE COMMISSION WILL SELECT CROSS SECTION SAMPLING OF RADIO MARKETS AND CONDUCT A SURVEY. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE USED BY FCC PERSONNEL TO DETERMINE THE IMPACT OF RADIO DEREGULATION, TO MAKE AN ANALYSIS AND TO SUBMIT THIS INFORMATION TO CONGRESS FOR THEIR PURPOSES.
