indicated in its supporting statement that the "Arbitrator's Report
and Fee Statement" will be revised during the next 12 months. Thus,
OMB is approving the form through 9/86, with the proviso that FMCS
submit a new paperwork package incorporating those revisions during
that time.

ARBITRATORS CONFORMANCE WITH ITS FE AND EXPENSE REPORTING
REQUIREMENTS. THIS DATA IS COMPILED UNDER THE INDIVIDUAL
ARBITRATOR'S NAME AND IS USED COLLECTIVELY TO PROVIDE REQUESTING
PARTIES WITH A PANEL OF ARBITRATORS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE
AREA (ISSUE) THEY WANT ARBITRATED.
