Abstract: EFFORTS TO IMPROVE WATER QUALITY AND FLOWS BELOW NORRIS DAM HAVE CREATED AN IMPROVED FISHERY AND SUBSEQUENT INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF FISHERMEN. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY WHETHER POTENTIAL CONFLICTS BETWEEN FISHERMEN AND PRIVATE LANDOWNERS ARE BEGINNING TO APPEAR.
