Abstract: THIS FORM PROVIDES A STANDARDIZED FORMAT FOR USE BY CONSULTING ENGINEE IN PREPARING AND SUBMITTING FINA STATEMENTS OF ENGINEERING FEES, IT PROVIDES THE FISCAL BASIS ON WHICH TO CLOSE OUT THE ENGINEERING CONTRACT AND TO MAKE THE FINAL ADVANCE TO THE BORROWER, IT IS USED BY THE CONSULTING ENGINEER AND REA AS A WORKSHEET IN ESTIMATING FOR BUDGE PURPOSE THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF THE ENGINEERING FEE.
