Abstract: THE SURVEY WILL SECURE DATA FROM U.S. PERSONS ON THEIR SERVICES TRANSACTIONS WITH UNAFFILIATED FOREIGN PERSONS. THE DATA WILL FILL MAJOR DATA GAPS IN THE BALANCE OF PAYMENTS AND GROSS NATIONAL PRODUCT ACCOUNTS AND WILL BE USED TO DEVELOP U.S. INTERNATIONAL TRADE POLICY, AND TO SUPPORT U.S. TRADE POLICY INITIATIVES.
