BE ENTERED ON THE REVERSE OF EACH EXPORT LICENSE AND ON THE SHIPPER'S EXPORT DECLARATION. THESE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE REQUIRED TO PREVENT SHIPMENTS TO UNAUTHORIZED DESTINATIONS.
