Abstract: AS PART OF THE ASSESSMENT OF THE ARMY'S NEW MANNING SYSTEM, THIS INSTITUTE HAS BEEN ASKED TO EXAMINE THE IMPACT OF THESE OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES ON THE HEALTH AND GENERAL WELLBEING OF ARMY FAMILY MEMBERS AND TO ASSESS THE DEVELOPMENT OF AND THE OUTCOMES ASSOCIATED WITH THESE EFFORTS TO ENHANCE BONDING AMONG UNIT FAMILIES.
