INCOME DERIVED BY, EACH INDIVIDUAL AND THE PERIODS THEY COVER. THIS
INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO MAKE PROPER PAYMENT TO PERSONS APPLYING
FOR BENEFITS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC INCLUDES
EVERYONE WHO RESIDES IN THE UNITED STATES, UNITED STAT CITIZENS WHO
RESIDE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES & SOME LEGAL ALIENS.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
