Terms of Clearance: This is a provisonal clearance with the understanding that BLM will be submitting a new clearance package during FY86 in which reductions totaling 80,000 hours will be achieved. These reductions were part of the FY86 ICB and will be facilitated by 1) the acceptance of materials in automated form and 2) the elimination of duplicate reporting requirements.
