Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENABLE THE SERVICE TO COMPLETE AN ANNUAL REPORT ON THE IMPORT AND EXPORT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE WHICH IS A TREATY OBLIGATION REQUIRED BY THE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN ENDANGERED SPECIES OF WILD FAUNA AND FLORA (CITES), AND TO ENFORCE WILDLIFE IMPORT/EXPORT STATUTORY PROVISONS.
