Terms of Clearance: The Senior Community Service Employment Proogram paperwork package is approved through July 1988, with the following conditions: 1. DOL will insert a section on the Grant Application for the grantee to certify compliance with OMB Circular No. A-122. 2. DOL will indicate in the instructions for the Equitable. Distribution Report that a State is required to submit only 1 copy of that report. 3. DOL will submit a new paperwork package reflecting any changes to these information collection requirements as a result of changes in the final rule. OMB has assigned 1 hour of burden to this package, pending publication of a final rule. When a final rule is issued, DOL should submit an inventory correction worksheet requesting assignment of the total burden associated with these information collection requirements.

Abstract: THE THREE FORMS INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE ARE NEEDED TO MANAGE THE SENI COMMUNITY SERVICE EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM. THESE DOCUMENTS ARE THE PRINCIP SOURCES OF PROGRAM PLANS, PERFORMANCE DATA AND RESOURCES ALLOCATION. THEY FORM THE BASIS FOR THE AWARD FOR FUNDS, FEDERAL OVERSIGHT AND REPORTS TO THE CONGRESS. AS REQUIRED BY LAW A POSTER IS INCLUDED.
