Abstract: THE TEMPORARY REGULATIONS REQUIRE STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL ISSUERS OF MORTGAGE CREDIT CERTIFICATES TO FILE ANNUAL INFORMATION AND POLICY REPORTS. THESE REPORTS WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION TO BE USED BY THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT IN PREPARING ITS REQUIRED REPORT TO CONGRESS.
