Abstract: THE COLLECTIONS IN THIS PACKAGE ARE REQUIRED BY DEPARTMENTAL MANAGEMEN TO ASSURE THAT DEPARTMENTAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT RESOURCES AND REQUIREMENTS ARE MANAGED EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC ARE DOE OPERATING AND MANAGEMENT (GOCO) CONTRACTORS AND OFFSITE CONTRACTORS. THIS SF83 ADDS THE ENERGY RESEARCH GRANTS PROGRAM TO THE PACKAGE.
