Abstract: THE FEDERAL INSECTICIDE, FUNGICIDE AND RODENTICIDE ACT (FIFRA) PERMITS STATES TO REGISTER ADDITIONAL USES OF FEDERALLY REGISTERED PESTICIDES (FORMULATED FOR DISTRIBUTION AND USE WITHIN THE STATE) TO MEET A SPECI LOCAL NEED, SUCH AS AN EXISTING OR IMMINENT PESTICIDE PROBLEM.
