EACH APPLICATION IS EVALUATED BY TH FDIC TO VERIFY THE QUALIFICATIONS OF BANK MANAGEMENT TO ADMINISTER A TRUST DEPARTMENT AND TO ENSURE THAT THE BANK'S FINANCIAL CONDITION WILL NOT BE JEOPARDIZED AS A RESULT OF THE TRUST OPERATIONS.
