Abstract: A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO 10 CFR PART 11 WILL PERMIT NRC TO USE INFORMATION ALREADY COLLECTED BY OTHER FEDERAL AGENCIES FOR SIMILAR ACCESS AUTHORIZATION PROGRAMS. IN SOME CASES THIS WOULD INVOLVE SUBMISSION OF NRC FORM 237 ALONG WITH A LIST OF EMPLOYEES FOR WHOM ACCESS AUTHORIZATION IS REQUESTED.
