Abstract: CAR REPORTING INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED TO COMMANDER, MTMCEA, WITH TIMELY DATA NECESSARY TO MANAGE THE MOVEMENT, DISTRIBUTION AND UTILIZATION OF THE DEFENSE FREIGHT RAILWAY INTERCHANGE FLEET (DFRIF) RAILCARS. THE REPORTING REQUIREMENT APPLIES TO ALL USERS OF DFRIF RAILCARS, I.E., MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL ENTITY RECEIVING, UNLOADING AND/OR SHIPPING DFRIF RAILCAR(S).
