Abstract: THE PATIENT CARE AND SERVICES (PACS) SURVEY REPORT FORM WILL BE USED BY STATE AGENCIES TO SURVEY SNF'S AND ICFS WITH PARTICULARLY GOOD COMPLIANCE HISTORIES. WE HAVE DESIGNED PACS TO FOCUS REVIEW ON THE OUTCOMES OF PATIENT CARE RATHER THAN ON THE STRUCTURAL AND PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS EMPHASIZED BY TRADITIONAL SURVEYS.
