WE HAVE APPROVED THIS SERIES OF INFORMATION COLLECTIONS THROUGH 8/86, BY WHICH TIME THE AGENCY WILL HAVE PUBLISHED A NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING ON ELECTRICAL STANDARDS IN COAL MINES. WHEN THESE INFORMATION COLLECTIONS ARE RESUBMITTED FOR OUR REVIEW AT THAT TIME, THEY SHOULD BE CONVERTED TO CERTIFICATIONS OR COMPLETELY JUSTIFIED IF ANYTHING IS REQUIRED BEYOND THAT DEFINED IN 5CFR1320.7(K)(1). INFORMATION COLLECTIONS CONVERTED TO CERTIFICATIONS SHOULD GO INTO EFFECT NO LATER THAN 1987, WHEN THE FINAL RULE IS PROMULGATED.
