Abstract: EPA NEEDS PRECISION AND ACCURACY DATA FROM STATE AND LOCAL AIR POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCIES TO EVALUATE AND QUANTIFY THE GOODNESS OF AI MONITORING DATA.
