Abstract: TITLE 46 U.S.C. 3301 AND 3305 SUBJECT MODUS TO INSPECTION FOR STRUCTURAL ADEQUACY, SUITABLE ACCOMMODATIONS, AND COMPLIANCE WITH MARINE SAFETY REGULATIONS.
