Abstract: AMENDMENT NO. 108-3 TO 14 CFR PART 108, AIRPLANE OPERATOR SECURITY REQUIRES CERTIFICATE HOLDERS TO PROVIDE GROUND AN INFLIGHT SECURITY COORDINATORS FOR EACH INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC FLIGHT. THIS SECURITY ENHANCEMENT IS DESIGNED TO FURTHER STRENGTHEN THE CONCEPT OF SECURITY INDEPTH, THEREBY FURTHER ENHANCING THE PROGRAM TO PROTECT THE AIR TRAVELER.
