Abstract: THE PARTA RESPONSE CARD WILL ENABLE FEDERAL RETIREES TO STATE THEIR INTENTIONS TO SERVE AS VOLUNTEERS IN RURAL GOVERNMENTS AND TO NAME THE SKILL AREAS. IT WILL ALSO ENABLE ACTION TO USE THIS INFORMATION TO ADVISE LOCAL PROJECTS OF THE TYPE OF VOLUNTEER EXPERTISE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST RURAL GOVERNMENTS.
