Abstract: SECTION 73.045 REQUIRES THAT AN AM STATION FACILITY SPECIFY AN ANTENNA SYSTEM AND SHOULD ANY CHANGES BE MADE, A NEW DETERMINATION OF THE ANTENNA RESISTANCE MUST BE MADE AND SOME FILING MADE WITH THE FCC. THE COMMISSION USES THIS INFORMATION TO ASSURE THAT GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED.
