PERIOD INSPECTION OF COMPLETE RECORD OF ALL REQUESTS FOR BROADCAST
TIME MADE ON BEHALF OF CANDIDATES FOR PUBLIC OFFICE TOGETHER WITH
NOTATION SHOWING DISPOSITION MADE BY LICENSEE OF SUCH REQUESTS AND
ANY CHANGES IF MADE. THIS ASSURES THE COMMISSION THAT THE PUBLIC
INTEREST IS BEING SERVED.
