Abstract: SECTION 78.11 (D) AND (D)(FORMERLY (I)) REQUIRES THAT CARS LICENSEES SHALL RETAIN AND FILE RECORDS SHOWING COST OF SERVICE AND ITS NONPROFI COST SHARING NATURE AND SHALL NOTIFY THE FCC IF ITS TRANSMITTER ANTENN TO BE INSTALLED WILL INCREASE HEIGHT OF STRUCTURE BY MORE THAN 20 FT. SHALL NOTIFY FCC & RELEVANT ENGINEERS IN CHARGE IF ANTENNA IS TO BE OPERATED MORE THAN 1 DAY OUTSIDE CARS LICENSED AREA AND ALSO NOTIFY FC WHEN THE TRANSMITTER EQUIPMENT IS RETURNED TO ITS LICENSED AREA.
