This docket is

changed to the "Supplemental Qualifications Summary Automated
Skills Inventory System." The advisory notice to applicants is
also amended. The first sentence now reads, "The response to this
information is voluntary and optional." And a new sentence is added
to the end of the advisory notice: "An applicant may submit a
Standard Form 171 in lieu of this form." OICD is advised to
promptly alert OMB to changes in burden resulting from the new
optional nature of this form.
