Abstract: THE AGREEMENT IS USED FOR APPLICANTS TO OBTAIN AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN RANGE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE PUBLIC LANDS AND TO DOCUMENT STANDARDS, DESIGN, COSTS, AND LABOR RELATIVE TO EACH IMPROVEMENT. 6 MAINTENANCE CRITERIA, AND COST SHARING ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN THE U.S. AN A PERMITTEE OR LEASEE TO ACHIEVE RANGELAND MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES.
