Terms of Clearance: The "Producers/Purchasers Survey Data Request" is approved through December 1985, to correspond with the expiration of the Trade Adjustme Assistance Program. If the TAA program is renewed, DOL should submit new package that reflects the new expiration date of and any pertinent changes to the program. DOL's claim for a program change decrease of 158 hours is disallowed due to an unclear and insufficient justificati for the burden reduction.
