Abstract: HUD-92800 IS UTILIZED BY APPROVED MORTGAGEES AND APPRAISERS TO REQUEST AND OBTAIN AN APPRAISAL IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR HUD'S MORTGAGE INSURANCE PROGRAMS. THE FORM HUD-928000.OT WILL BE USED IN LIEU OF TH HUD-92800 TO ACCOMPLISH THE SAME RESULT.
