INSURANCE ACT REQUIRES THE FDIC'S CONSENT PRIOR TO ANY INSURED BANK
EMPLOYING PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN CONVICTED OF CRIMES INVOLVING
DISHONESTY OR BREACH OF TRUST. BANKS WHICH CHOOSE TO EMPLOY SUCH
PERSONS MUST SUBMIT APPLICATIONS TO FDIC FOR APPROVAL.
